At Gifts From A to Zebra, we aim to make your online shopping experience convenient and pleasurable. We offer a wide variety of fabulous gifts to suit everyone on your shopping list.  Gift Wrap
Make your gift even more special.  Choose our signature gift wrap-zebra inspired wrapping paper with raffia ribbon colored appropriately for the occasion.   Inside, we will enclose a personalized gift card with your message to your recipient.  This special touch from Gifts From A to Zebra will let your recipient know how much they mean to you, and only adds $4.95 to your order.

Shipping and Returns 

At Gifts from A to Zebra we make gift giving fun and easy!  All orders are processed and shipped to you or your special gift recipient within 7 to 10 business days.  Prior to shipping, all items are thoroughly inspected and are guaranteed to be delivered to you without monogramming errors or manufacturing defects.  Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once submitted as we immediately process all placed orders. 
 

Shipping:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer assumes all costs in shipping returns.  An additional shipping fee will apply to all orders returned due to invalid or incorrect shipping address.

  1. All packages will be charged for shipping and handling. This includes back orders.
  2. Our standard shipping will be FedEx Ground or USPS, depending on the size and weight of the item and the zip code being shipped to. Please keep in mind that many of our items are personalized, so a package may not be shipped immediately.  If you need an item by a certain date, please specify on the comments section of the checkout process.  If your requirements cannot be met, we will contact you and you may cancel the order if you'l like to at that time.  Extra shipping charges apply for shipping outside the the United States, please select "International Shipping" during the checkout process.

Return Policy
 

Personalized Items:

We regret that monogrammed and/or engraved items cannot be returned.  Personalized items are considered “Special Order” and are customized to your specifications.  If a monogrammed or engraved item arrives damaged, it will be replaced using the exact same engraving/monogramming as in the original order.  If there is a change in the engraving/monogramming, it will be charged as a new item.  We want our customers to be happy with their purchases, so please review your monogramming information carefully prior to submitting your order.  Please review our Monogramming Information page to ensure that your special gift is personalized accurately.
 
Non-Personalized Items:
Items that are not personalized can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.  Please follow the instructions for returns listed below.  
 

Defective or Damaged Items:

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 72 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement.  Personalized items that are received damaged or defective will be replaced with an identical item only once the original item has been returned.  Please follow the return instructions below.

 

Instructions for Returns:

  1. Contact Customer Service at customerservice@giftsfromatozebra.com and provide us with your name, order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for the return.
  2. We will issue a return authorization (RA) number.  Include this number with your return and write this number on the outside of your package.  Returned merchandise must be received within 14 days of return authorization approval and it must be received in its original condition.  We are not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed returns.  Please make sure to package your return securely and properly. Items damaged in transit during return are customer's responsibility.
